Every participant MUST register. The program will start promptly at 9:00am on Tuesday, the registration process is about 10 min and we anticipate a full house. PLEASE ensure you arrive early to register and get a good seat. Latecomers will be admitted at the first suitable break in the program. |
| ADMISSION |
Admission to the program is strictly upon presentation of an Admission Letter, this will be emailed to you. You must present your Admission Letter at the registration counter where you will be issued your Name Tag which must be worn for the duration of the event. |
| NAMETAG REPLACEMENT |
Nametags will be issued during registration.
A replacement fee of AUD $10 will be imposed for replacement of any lost nametag. |
| IMPORTANT THINGS TO BRING |
Must-haves:
Writing pads and pens.
A Mirror (A5 size) and a selection of glossy Magazines (for activities purpose).
A warm sweater or jacket as the temperature in the room can fluctuate.
Necessary travel documents (for overseas delegates only).
Some snacks as the timing for breaks is irregular.
Quantum Leap Name Tag Pouch (For Quantum Leap Members Only).
There will be a $20 charge for Quantum Leap pouch replacements.
Please bring your own filled water bottle (open containers are not allowed).

| RECORDING/TAPING |
No taping or recording of any session is allowed. |
| MEALS |
There will be lunch & dinner breaks. Food will not be provided.
The speaker is committed to deliver the training in its entirety at the highest level. Therefore, the timing for all breaks may be irregular. You are advised to bring your own snacks should your medical conditions require. You may purchase food from the various outlets at the venue. |

By Bus: Bus No. 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds) stops along Langs Road and Epsom Road.
By Train: Melbourne Showgrounds has its own train station that operates for selected events.
By Tram: Tram No. 57 leaves Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, and travels along Epsom Road to the Main Gate.
Parking:
Melbourne Showgrounds car park can cater for up to 2000 vehicles depending on the event. Additional car parking facilities may also be available at Flemington Racecourse subject to availability. |
